Q: How much does the service cost?

Our service costs $9.99/month (or $83.88 yearly). Additional charges of $0.20 per renewal are levied by Etsy for each item renewal.

Q: What can your Shop-on-Sale tool do for me?

Our Shop-on-Sale tool allows you to schedule a Sale Event by setting a discount percentage (or dollar amount) on your Etsy items. You set the start and end dates of your sale event along with other parameters (like a call-to-action banner) and our system will take care of handling your sale. You can read more about this easy-to-use tool here.

Q: When should I place my shop on sale?

You can schedule your entire shop (or specific shop sections) to start a sale event in any date. Running a sale event during the weekends or on special days of the year, is highly suggested (e.g., Mother's Day, Christmas, Black Friday, Thanksgiving, etc).

Q: I have set up a rule but my items are not renewing. Why?

Check your time zone setting in your 'Profile' page. By default, your time zone is set to PDT (California time) and the rules are executed based on this time.

Q: I have hundreds or thousands of items. Can I randomly renew some of them?

Yes. When you create a new rule, choose 'Random Items' and next to it, the number of items you wish to renew.

Alternatively, you can choose 'Random Items (by Keyword)', to randomly choose only items whom title contains any of the keywords you type. For example, if you type 'rose, sticker', only items that have either 'rose' or 'sticker' in their title will be randomly picked for renewal.

Q: Please explain the type of automatic renewals

When scheduling a renewal rule, you define few parameters of what and when you want items to renew.
View samples and read more in our help section.

There are few renew options available for you:

  • 'Random Items' - using this option you can tell the system how many items you wish to renew every time the rule is activated.
  • 'Random Items (by keywords)' - using this option you can tell the system what keywords you want to include in your renewal rule. Items that have any of the keywords you type, will randomly be picked for renewal at the time window and frequency you set.
  • 'Specific Items' - use this option to build a list of the Etsy listing IDs you want to renew. Every time the rule is activated ALL the items you specified are renewed.
  • 'Specific Items (cycle through)' - use this option to specify the Etsy listing IDs you want to renew. Every time the rule is activated the NEXT item, in the list you specified, is renewed.
  • 'Oldest Item' - use this option to refresh your store so that items are never expired and every renewal brings a different item to the top of search results and categories.
  • 'Expired Item' - use this option to renew the most recently expired item. Every time the rule is activated (per your time window and chosen frequency) the next expired item is renewed.
  • 'Sold-Out Items' - you can set your entire shop to automatically renew any item that is sold-out, or set just individual items to renew when sold-out.

Q: My renewal rule stopped working. Why?

This can happen in few situations:

  • The time window you have set has passed.
  • You have de-activated the renewal rule.
  • You put your shop on vacation mode.
  • Your trial period or monthly subscription has expired.
  • Your shop bill with Etsy is overdue and as such Etsy does not honor our renewal requests.

Q: I have put my Etsy shop on vacation mode. What will happen to my renewal rules?

No item renew will be performed while the shop is in vacation mode. However, it is a good practice to disbale your rules and enable them when you return from vacation.

Q: I have created a rule to cycle through few items. However, I see that some of the items were removed from the rule. Why is this happening?

When an item is no longer available for sale (e.g., item removed by you, or sold out), we remove it from the rule to avoid further attempts to renew it. This cleanup process is done during the night.

Q: How does your affiliate program work?

Under your 'My Account' you will can see our Affiliate Program where we provide you with the details.

Here is how it works

  • You provide the link to another Etsy seller.
  • The referred seller signs up for a trial period.
  • When the seller upgrades, $2 are deposited in your affiliate account (each and every month while they are still paying).
  • After 2 sellers join like this, you will see a button 'Request Balance Withdrawal' in the 'My Commission' tab.
  • When we receive this request, we will transfer the funds to your PayPal account.

If you are still unsure, you may contact us

Q: WHy has my account been put in an inactive status?

There could be 2 reasons for that:

  • Your shop bill on Etsy was overdue and we could not perform renewals on your behalf.
  • You have put your shop on vacation mode so we de-activated it on our side as well.
